Stick & Ball Named Luncheon Gift Bag Sponsor for the 2018 Windsor Charity Polo Cup
Windsor is delighted to announce that Stick & Ball, a polo-inspired luxury lifestyle collection, will serve as the Luncheon Gift Bag Sponsor for the 2018 Windsor Charity Polo Cup. Stick & Ball will donate eight hundred custom luxury tote bags to be given to the event’s luncheon reception attendees.
Stick & Ball is a luxurious apparel and lifestyle brand that celebrates the spirit and aesthetic of polo in the countryside. The brand’s designs are created using inspiration from polo’s global landscape – from the country hills of California to the grasslands of Argentina and beyond. Stick & Ball’s mission is to create heritage quality products with the versatility to transition throughout the seasons.
A special collection from the Stick & Ball line will be available for purchase at a pop-up store at the event located in the Specialty Retail Village, with founder and creative director Elizabeth Goodwin Welborn in attendance.
“We are happy to travel to Windsor for one of our favorite charity polo events. In addition to our signature line of luxury alpaca ponchos, we will be showcasing our Italian leather accessories collection, hand stitched linen shirts for men and women, and equestrian inspired hand stitched silk scarves,” says Goodwin Welborn.
“The gift bag is a new addition to the event and I could not be more pleased that Stick & Ball selected this sponsorship. Their one-of-a-kind designs are beautifully crafted and we cannot wait to see the tote bag Elizabeth has dreamed up for us,” said Maria Whittle, Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member of the Windsor Charity Polo Cup.
Co-chaired by the Hon. Hilary M. Weston and Salvatore Ferragamo, the Windsor Charity Polo Cup is recognized as the premier high-goal charity polo match of the season. Taking place on Saturday, February 17, 2018, on Windsor’s polo grounds in Vero Beach, Florida, the event will feature a roster of top-level international players.
The biennial event raises money for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, as well as the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association of Indian River County.
Stick & Ball joins a growing line-up of sponsors, including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi of Melbourne, CBRE, Château d’Esclans, Falasiri Oriental Rugs, J.McLaughlin, Casa Dragones, Il Borro, Equestrian Living and Vero Beach Magazine, among others.
