Windsor announces that JUSTIN, a world-class winery located in Paso Robles in the heart of California, will contribute its refreshing Bordeaux-style varieties to the 2022 Windsor Charity Polo Cup Luncheon being held on Saturday, February 19, 2022.

The esteemed vineyards and winery will be donating three signature wines to the luncheon. The first will be a Sauvignon Blanc coming from the Central Coast featuring notes of bright citrus, tropical fruit and hints of fresh herbs. The second will be a dry, aromatic Rosé also from the Central Coast featuring crisp apple and subtle herbal notes. Additionally, a Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles with attractive aromas of black fruit and spice will be served.

Each wine was picked to pair fittingly with the luncheon tastings, which will include a carefully crafted menu featuring a filet mignon and lobster dish followed by a raspberry cheesecake.

Part of what makes JUSTIN a highly sought-after wine is the brand’s winemaking philosophy, which combines old world methods – like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak – with new world technology.

Attended by more than 500 guests, the highly anticipated luncheon will be emceed by TV personality John Walsh and will include speeches from the event’s Honorary Co-Chair Salvatore Ferragamo and legendary British polo player and coach Julian Hipwood, among others. The luncheon will also include a signature toast to the players and sponsors involved.
