Windsor Hosts Exclusive ESCADA Fashion Show and Pop-Up for a Charitable Cause
Yesterday, Windsor was delighted to host a special, exclusive fashion show in partnership with luxury clothing brand ESCADA and debut a two-day pop-up boutique in support of local charity. Hosted at the Pergola for Members and guests, with Windsor Founder, the Honorable Hilary M. Weston in attendance, the fashion show served as an exciting prelude to the evening opening of the pop-up, which continues today.
Straight off the runway in New York City, yesterday’s fashion show featured ten professional models that presented more than forty different looks from ESCADA’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection. Looks ranged from casual sportswear to elegant evening attire.
Following the show, Members and guests were invited to toast the opening of the pop-up at the Pergola, which was transformed into a chic boutique fully stocked with ESCADA clothing and accessories. The pop-up will continue through 5:00 pm today, with ESCADA generously donating a portion of all sales to The Windsor Charitable Foundation in support of the local community.
“We were very excited to collaborate with ESCADA on this rare and exclusive fashion show for our Members and provide a fun and stylish way to further support our local community,” said Windsor Marketing Director, Jane Smalley. “We adore the new collection and wish to extend a huge thanks to the team at ESCADA for sharing the latest looks with us and for their generous donation to The Windsor Charitable Foundation.”
“Many thanks to Windsor and its Founder the Honorable Hilary M. Weston for a marvelous event and for allowing us the opportunity to bring ESCADA to the community,” said Suzanne Humbert, President of ESCADA America LLC. “We are so thrilled to showcase our Spring/Summer 2019 collection among Windsor’s esteemed Members and have the opportunity to contribute to such a worthy charitable cause.”
Established in 2015, The Windsor Charitable Foundation, a 501c3 organization, was created as an avenue for Windsor Members to give back to the local community. The Foundation raises funds from within the community and through fundraising events for the purpose of making grants to fund programs offered by local and national non-profit agencies.
